Method, and what this does not say
The list comes from UL Product iQ, filtered to CCN XPLH. Country is the country of the listing holder, which is not always where a given unit is built, so a specific order still needs its country of manufacture confirmed on the unit.
TAA eligibility here is inferred from the listing holder's country against the WTO Government Procurement Agreement parties. It is a starting filter for federal work, not a compliance determination. For an actual federal order, the country of manufacture has to be certified for the specific units supplied.
A UL listing also says nothing about whether a company will sell to you, at what volume, or on what lead time. Most of these will not quote a single unit. The ones that do
